From 1st February 2021, you will not be able to access DMS reports from this portal. These will be migrated to a new Customer Reporting System (CRS). If you are eligible, new access details will be provided for your organisation in due course.
Following the new measures and restrictions put in place by the Government we would like to confirm that you have met the following criteria at the site where you would like our Service Engineer to visit:
You confirm your site is a COVID-19 secure site which means
a. You have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment and shared results with the people who work there
b. You have cleaning, handwashing and hygiene procedures in line with guidance
c. You have taken all reasonable steps to help people work from home
d. You have taken all reasonable steps to maintain a 2m distance in the workplace
e. Where people cannot be 2m apart, you have done everything practical to manage transmission risk
We will attend your site, with the above taken into account. If any of the above criteria has not been met, please inform us as soon as possible.
If you are not designated an essential service we will not be able to provide any onsite service.
